Job summary

You will oversee design, data conversion, testing, and deployment, and manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles while engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will coach consultants, contribute to internal methodologies, and guide change management and system adoption to maximize ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HCM technology or enterprise consulting.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM experience.
• Experience overseeing multi‑stage Workday HCM implementations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent client engagement and executive communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen at enterprise level.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HR, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful execution of complex Workday HCM projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior client executives, providing thought leadership and driving solution roadmaps across HCM domains.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams of consultants across multiple engagements, fostering a culture of delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage overall client engagement governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning, while mitigating risks and resolving escalations.
• Provide executive oversight on solution design and architecture, ensuring scalable, compliant configurations aligned with best practices.
• Guide clients through issues related to system performance, data integrity, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive business development efforts by contributing to account growth, leading pre-sales strategy, and supporting proposal development and client presentations.
