Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Workday data operations systems consultant within the HR & Legal Systems organization to support Workday data operations, data management activities, and enterprise data solutions that enable evolving business needs. You will collaborate with HR partners and work with Corporate HR, Corporate IT, and Workday collaborators across the company.

This remote role requires occasional travel to Cleveland, OH for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Eight years in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Responsibilities

• Support Workday data operations for corporate HR across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR business partners in compensation, payroll, benefits, and other areas.
• Analyze and improve Workday business processes and data governance activities.
• Contribute to scalable data solutions and cross-functional initiatives.
