Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Workday Data Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data conversion across a multi-workstream Workday implementation for an Intelligence Community customer. You will lead data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation with data owners and partners.

The role requires a strong data management background, Workday data loading expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in secure environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance with SCI favorability and CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise technology implementations with data conversion focus.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with data conversion leadership.
• Experience leading data conversion for at least two large Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Conversion workstream for a complex Workday implementation coordinating with other workstreams.
• Develop and manage data conversion strategy, plan, schedule, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with data owners to identify, extract, validate, and prepare source data for conversion.
• Lead data profiling, mapping, harmonization, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
