Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead to head the data conversion workstream for a major Workday implementation for an Intelligence Community customer. You will own end-to-end data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration into Workday, coordinating with configuration, integration, testing, and security teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance with SCI favorability and CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise tech implementations with data conversion focus.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including leading data conversion activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Conversion workstream for a complex Workday implementation, coordinating with multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage the data conversion strategy, plan, schedule, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with data owners across client organizations to identify, extract, validate, and prepare source data for conversion.
• Lead data profiling, mapping, harmonization, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Plan and support multiple Workday data loads and conversion cycles across secure environments.
• Coordinate with Workday Configuration and Integration teams to ensure data aligns with configuration decisions.
