Job summary

Two95 International, Inc seeks a Lead Configuration Engineer/Developer to drive hands-on development and configuration across HR and Finance apps with strong Workday ERP expertise. You will codify solutions, review code, and own technical delivery from design to deployment.

The role is principal-level and hands-on (about 90%), with mentorship of junior onshore developers and collaboration across HR, Finance and IT teams. Travel to Newtown Square, PA is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior HR/Finance configuration and development experience.
• Strong hands-on coding across ERP configurations.
• Workday ERP experience required.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior developers onshore.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and development for HR and Finance applications.
• Own technical delivery, quality, and issue resolution.
• Spend 90% of time coding, configuring, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior onshore developers 10% of the time.
• Serve as technical lead with no direct reports.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, functional and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
• Drive work independently from design through delivery.
