Qualificações

• Experience leading medium-to-large engineering teams.
• 4+ years hands-on Workday development.
• Experience completing Workday HCM implementations as senior lead developer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design, development, deployment, and support of Workday HCM and Payroll.
• Architect and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Develop custom applications with Workday Extend and related tools.
• Build data ingestion pipelines with Workday Prism Analytics for reporting and analytics.
• Manage Workday integrations scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor onshore and offshore engineering teams and partners.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and documentation standards.
