Job summary

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Deliver high-quality configurations with coding and reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and development for HR and Finance apps.
- Own technical delivery, quality, and issue resolution.
- Spend 90% of time coding, configuring, troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior onshore developers 10% of the time.
- Serve as technical lead with no direct reports.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Partner with HR, Finance, functional and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
- Drive work independently from design through delivery.
