Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a Workday Technical Lead focused on HCM and integrations in a hybrid NYC area setting.

You will lead design, development, and deployment of Workday HCM/Payroll, build integrations, and drive data analytics pipelines, while guiding onshore and offshore engineers. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in software engineering, 4+ years in Workday, and strong leadership with enterprise SaaS experience.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
4+ years of hands-on Workday development.
Experience completing at least one full Workday HCM implementation in a senior lead role.
Strong Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs experience.
Experience with Workday Extend and/or Build Ecosystem.
Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, deployment, and support of Workday HCM/Payroll.
Architect and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Design custom apps with Workday Extend.
Develop data pipelines with Prism Analytics for reporting and analytics.
Manage integration scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
Ensure secure, compliant data exchange with enterprise SaaS.
Mentor onshore/offshore engineers and stakeholders.
