Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL, with data integrations and configurations.
• Corporate financial accounting experience preferred (5+ years).
• 2+ years of corporate FP&A experience preferred.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, reporting, and scenario planning.
• Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with ERP and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and workforce planning.
• Ability to demonstrate and present Workday Adaptive Planning solutions to clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as needed (≈20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to gather business processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Guide model design, security, reporting, dashboards, and scenario planning within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Oversee ERP/HRIS/CRM integrations with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Provide technical guidance on data integration platforms and best practices.
• Identify process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage risks, issues, resources, and client expectations.
• Review deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support business development with proposals and demos.
• Contribute to methodology development and reusable assets.
• Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning product enhancements.
