Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand planning requirements and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Provide guidance on security, reporting frameworks, and scenario planning.
• Mentor and coach project teams while supporting business development.
