Job summary

Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead client engagements from discovery through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will design and optimize planning models, manage integrations (ERP/HRIS/CRM), mentor staff, and contribute to business development while staying current with Workday advances.

A Bachelor's degree and at least five years in EPM/FP&A or consulting are required, with four years in Workday Adaptive Planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL for data integrations and system configurations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to mentor teams.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to capture processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Manage engagements, budgets, risks, and client expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize planning models and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations with ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance on data integrations and platform best practices.
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts.
• Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning enhancements and trends.
