Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP invites applications for a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join our Digital Advisory Services. You will lead deployments, coach teams, and help clients enhance financial planning and forecasting using Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities include model design, integration with ERP/HRIS/CRM, and delivering end-to-end projects. Expect a dynamic, client-focused role with travel and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning implementations with guidance on model design, security, and reporting frameworks.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, including sheets, versions, and scenarios.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM and other systems.
• Lead integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC and other platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, and client expectations throughout the engagement.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Support business development through proposals, demos, and scoping discussions.
• Stay current on product enhancements and industry trends.
