Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead deployments, optimize planning models, and partner with clients to improve financial reporting, planning, and forecasting. This role requires driving multiple workstreams and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment within scope, timeline and budget.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Manage implementation and optimization engagements as the solution lead with guidance on model design, security, reporting, and planning.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, and security.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
• Lead integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs and other platforms to feed data into Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, and client expectations; ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and mentor team members.
• Support business development with proposals, demos, scoping, and thought leadership.
