Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to lead implementations across our Digital Advisory Services. You will guide project teams, interact with clients, and drive successful deployments aligning with business goals.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, strong communication, and a consultative approach to deliver value while mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate client working sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models including sheets, dimensions, security, dashboards, and scenario planning.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other systems.
