Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead client engagements and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and consultant development.

You will design and deploy Workday Adaptive Planning models, manage integrations with ERP/HRIS/CRM, and mentor staff while supporting business development and thought leadership efforts across a global advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in EPM/FP&A or consulting.
• Minimum 4 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation.
• Strong SQL and JavaScript skills; experience with data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, and metrics.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and integrations.
• Mentor project teams and support business development efforts.
