Job summary

The Head Women's Lacrosse coach at Husson University will serve as the primary coach and administrator for the women's lacrosse program at Husson University in Bangor, ME. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Three years coaching experience at high school or collegiate level, head coaching preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive Division III environment.
• Coaching licenses, certifications, and badges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes in fundamentals, sportsmanship, and leadership; provide feedback and set goals.
• Demonstrate teaching and coaching competencies for skill instruction and tactical execution.
• Design and implement a competitive schedule; monitor strength and conditioning programs.
• Monitor academic progress and conduct; ensure student-athlete success and adherence to academic requirements.
• Organize team travel, budgeting, and coordination with staff; supervise assistants.
