Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have coaching knowledge for cross country and track & field.
• Experience recruiting at the collegiate level or higher.
• Ability to monitor academics and conduct of student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students on sport fundamentals and goals.
• Develop and implement a recruiting plan for student-athletes.
• Design and execute a competitive schedule for teams.
• Oversee strength and conditioning and budgets for teams.
• Organize team travel and fundraising efforts.
• Provide leadership in athletic and academic development of student-athletes.
• Monitor academic progress and NCAA/league expectations.
