Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive Division III environment is desirable.
• Coaching licenses, certifications, and badges are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in sport fundamentals, goals and expectations; provide feedback.
• Demonstrate teaching and coaching competencies in skill instruction and tactics.
• Design and execute a competitive schedule and organize team travel.
• Monitor strength/conditioning and academic progress of student‑athletes.
• Develop recruiting plans to attract qualified collegiate student‑athletes.
• Lead in the personal, academic, and athletic development of players.
