Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Senior Product/Program Manager to own the lifecycle of our software products (WMS/TMS/BI). You will lead strategic planning, implementation, and support, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. Travel to support customer needs is expected.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in WMS, 5+ years leading software implementations, and strong warehouse and supply chain knowledge. PMP is preferred and prior 3PL experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/Supply Chain.
• 7+ years of WMS experience.
• 5+ years leading software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management for Blue Yonder WMS implementations and upgrades.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, standards, and governance processes.
• Oversee contractor-led teams and ensure quality delivery per Kenco standards.
• Serve as primary SME for Blue Yonder WMS implementations and activities.
• Manage project resourcing, budgets, risks, and progress reporting.
