Job summary

Windows & Doors by Brownell in Williston, VT is seeking a skilled lead installer to coordinate daily installation activities on residential jobsites. You will train and mentor install crews, install replacement windows and doors, read blueprints, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in window/door installation or residential construction.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring others.
• Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and project documents.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Reliable transportation to Williston, VT location; able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily installation activities on residential jobsites.
• Train and mentor installers on techniques, safety, and product knowledge.
• Install replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and trim with craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret installation instructions and project specs.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and project records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and jobsite performance.
