Qualifications

• Experience in window/door installation, carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for company systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from start to finish.
• Unload materials, load truck, and prepare job site.
• Install replacement windows/doors to company specs and quality standards.
• Perform carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing, and finishing work.
• Keep jobsite clean and protect customer home; communicate with customers.
