Qualifications

• 7+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or residential construction experience.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring others.
• Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and project documents.
• Reliable transportation to our Williston location.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical jobsite work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily installation activities on residential jobsites.
• Train and mentor installers on installation techniques and safety practices.
• Install replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and trim.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and to quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
