Job summary

Bridgetown Window and Doors is seeking an experienced installer to handle replacement windows and doors from start to finish. You will remove existing units, prepare openings, and perform precise finish carpentry with a focus on craftsmanship.

The role requires reading installation instructions and blueprints, safely using hand and power tools, and lifting up to 100 lbs. This is a full-time position with steady daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with window/door installation or finish carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read installation instructions and job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows, doors, trim, and related products from start to finish.
• Remove existing windows and doors and prepare openings for installation.
• Perform finish carpentry with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Use hand and power tools safely per manufacturer specs.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites as part of a team.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Follow installation schedules, job specs, and safety standards.
• Complete installation paperwork and project documentation.
• Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners throughout the project.
