Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Window & Door Installer in Boston, MA. You will lead installation projects from start to finish, loading materials, arriving on time, and representing the company professionally while delivering high-quality replacements.

Experience in window/door installation or carpentry is expected. The role offers year-round work, full benefits, 401(k) with match, HSA, paid holidays and PTO, and opportunities to advance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in window installation or door installation, carpentry, remodeling or residential installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently and making field decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead window and door installation projects from start to finish.
• Load truck and materials at the warehouse for the job.
• Arrive on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
• Safely remove existing windows and doors and protect the home.
• Prepare openings and install replacement windows and doors per specs.
• Complete carpentry, trim, flashing, insulation, sealing, and finishing work.
• Ensure installations are weather-tight, level, square, and secure.
• Communicate with customers and complete project closeout.
