Mountain West Windows and Doors is hiring a Lead Installer to manage on-site installation, replacement, and repair of windows, doors, and related accessories. You will ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and clear communication with customers while leading installation teams.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in window/door installation, strict adherence to specifications, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience installing windows and doors on residential/commercial sites.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements, and installation instructions.
• Safe operation of hand and power tools with attention to safety.
• Strong communication and leadership to direct onsite crew.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Serve as primary onsite contact and communicate progress professionally.
• Direct and coordinate daily installation team work.
• Remove existing openings and prep for installation.
• Measure, cut, assemble, install, and finish windows/doors and accessories.
• Perform drywall patching and finish as needed.
• Ensure installations follow manufacturer specs and safety requirements.
• Maintain tidy job site and protect customer property.
• Complete required job documentation and inspections.
• Follow inventory procedures and proper tool handling.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
