Job summary

Cresco Labs' Sunnyside dispensaries are seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products while ensuring state compliance and brand standards. You will help educate clients, mentor staff, and maintain high service quality across shifts.

You will lead hourly team members, train new hires, and uphold integrity in a regulated environment. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and addressing standard questions.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs.
• Ensure accurate dispensing, bagging, and receipt checks.
• Label, package, and process customer orders.
• Handle cash in POS following SOPs and investigate discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and maintain dispensary records per state requirements.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and organize stock to comply with regulations.
• Support store openings/closings and contribute to a clean, compliant environment.
