Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside; you will advise customers on cannabis products, lead a team, and ensure compliance with state rules. You’ll train new hires and uphold company standards, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will mentor hourly staff, support scheduling and sales analytics, and handle on-site operations with flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products to aid in selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify identification and proper documentation for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities in compliance with state rules.
