Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Welding & Fabrication Instructor for the Rocky Mountain Region. You’ll move from shop floor to leadership, teaching welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.

You’ll mentor students on safety, measuring, layout, and cutting; demonstrate CNC plasma tables and automated cutters; and contribute to curriculum development and projects in a community that blends western character with outdoor recreation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Blueprint reading and shop-safety knowledge.
• Willingness to learn CNC and digital shop tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Use grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
