Assisting Hands Home Care – Davis & Weber Counties is seeking a Lead Weekday CNA to provide dependable weekday coverage. The role emphasizes a guaranteed minimum of 20 paid hours per week at $20/hour, with a fixed Monday–Thursday schedule and Fridays and weekends free.

You’ll serve as the go-to CNA for weekday coverage, balancing open client shifts, new starts, and short-notice needs while traveling to client homes across Davis and Weber Counties.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Dependable and professional demeanor.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to client homes in Davis and Weber Counties.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible to accept assignments with limited notice.
• Able to work mornings, afternoons and evenings.
• Must maintain Monday–Thursday availability.
