Eldercare at Home is seeking an experienced Lead CNA to join our team serving New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties in North Carolina. This position offers $22/hr and a guaranteed 32 hours per week, with immediate interview opportunities.

The Lead CNA will provide high-quality, one-on-one in-home care, mentor field staff, and act as the face of the office in the field, delivering compassionate, reliable care. Flexible scheduling is available and CE opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Prior hands-on caregiver or CNA experience required.
• Background checks required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Communicating client updates as needed.
• Providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care.
• Filling in for caregiver call-outs as needed to help ensure clients continue receiving dependable care.
• Acting as the face of the office in the field by representing the company with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication.
• Mentoring and supporting field staff by helping model quality care, reliability, and professional standards.
