Assisting Hands Home Care – Davis & Weber Counties is seeking a dependable CNA to join our team as Lead Weekend Caregiver. This role provides weekend coverage with guaranteed weekly income.

You will be our go-to caregiver for weekend shifts, Friday 6:00 PM to Sunday 10:00 PM, with strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to handle diverse client needs across our service area in Layton, Utah. Job description

Assisting Hands Home Care – Davis & Weber Counties is looking for a dependable, experienced CNA to join our team as a Lead Weekend Caregiver.

This is a unique position designed for someone who wants guaranteed weekly income while serving as our go-to caregiver for weekend coverage. We guarantee a minimum of 15 paid hours every week at $20/hour, even during weeks when 15 hours of client coverage are not needed. Depending on client needs, additional hours may be available, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.

The Lead Weekend Caregiver must be available Friday beginning at 6:00 PM through Sunday at 10:00 PM to assist with open shifts, caregiver call-offs, new client starts, and other weekend coverage needs. Some assignments may be scheduled well in advance, while others may arise unexpectedly and require short-notice availability.

Because reliability is the foundation of this position, we are looking for someone who understands that weekend availability is an essential part of the role. The Lead Weekend Caregiver must respond to coverage requests within 30 minutes and be prepared to accept assignments during the designated weekend coverage period.

This is not a traditional part-time position where weekend availability changes from week to week. The guaranteed hours are provided in exchange for a consistent commitment to weekend coverage.
