Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. This role offers 3 hours once a week from 9am to 12pm, with a flexible weekday and no weekend shifts.

You’ll be part of a team that supports caregivers with weekly pay and ongoing training. The position requires 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA is preferred but not required, and CPR/First Aid is encouraged or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention
• Meal prep & light housekeeping
