Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC in Davis, CA is seeking caring caregivers for in-home support across all client needs. Join a team that delivers peace of mind to families while you work one-on-one with clients in their homes.

We offer weekly pay, flexible day, night, overnight and weekend shifts, mileage reimbursement, paid hands-on training, and growth opportunities within a supportive organization. Must have a valid driver’s license and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation required.
Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist mobility in-home and to appointments.
Plan and prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Shop groceries and run errands.
Transportation for appointments and outings.
Provide parental support and respite care.
Observe changes in condition and report it promptly.
Respond effectively in urgent or emergency situations.
