Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to final breakdown.
• Greet and direct all vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors.
• Coordinate placement of event details.
• Support wedding party and family members.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively manage and resolve issues or last-minute changes.
