Qualifications

Ability to work weekends is essential.

Responsibilities
Attend final details call with clients 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
Lead ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding.
Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to final breakdown.
Greet and direct all vendors.
Communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors.
Coordinate placement of event details.
Support wedding party and family members.
Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
Proactively manage and resolve issues or last-minute changes.
