Responsibilities

• Attend final details calls with clients and confirm logistics.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Greet, direct, and act as the main point of contact for vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors.
• Coordinate and assist with placement of event details.
• Support the wedding party and family members.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively manage and resolve any issues on the wedding day.
