Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Ability to carry and lift 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution.
• Act as main point of contact for all vendors.
• Support wedding party with guidance and needs.
• Resolve any issues or changes during the event.
