Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Act as the main point of contact for all vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors.
• Coordinate placement of personal and event details.
• Support the wedding party and family members.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes.
