Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before the wedding.
• Lead and facilitate ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding.
• Serve as the primary onsite advocate for the couple and provide calm solutions.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup aligning with design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Greet, direct, and be main contact for all vendors.
• Coordinate placement of escort cards, menus, table numbers, decor elements.
• Support wedding party and family with guidance and timing cues.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively manage last-minute changes to maintain guest experience.
