Position:

Lead Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Compensation:

$33 - 35 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lead Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!

In this role, you’ll help keep important processes moving, support monetary movement approvals, and step into projects already in progress to help drive them forward. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Approve monetary movement requests with accuracy and care
• Take ownership of projects already underway
• Support quality assurance reviews of completed work
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight
• Assist with lead-level coordination across priorities
• Help identify process gaps and support improvements
• Ensure work is completed thoroughly and on time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in project management
