Inceed is partnering with a great company to hire a Senior Accountant - Intercompany & Consolidations in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on supporting the financial close, leading intercompany reconciliations, and driving accuracy through standardization and process improvements within a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and deadline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
• Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries.
• Reconcile intercompany balances across multiple legal entities.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statement schedules and analyses.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Support external audits with schedules and request responses.
• Improve accounting processes and documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain strong internal controls and reporting accuracy.

Position: Senior Accountant - Intercompany & Consolidations

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll support the financial close process, lead intercompany reconciliations, and help strengthen reporting accuracy through process improvements and standardization. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
• Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries.
