Inceed has partnered with a great company to hire a Plant Financial Analyst in Tulsa, OK. This role partners with plant leadership to improve visibility into performance, strengthen cost control, and support decisions that drive efficiency and margin improvement.

We seek a finance professional with a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics and 4+ years in manufacturing finance or FP&A. Strong cost accounting, variance analysis, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant finance experience.
• Manufacturing finance or FP&A experience required.
• Strong background in cost accounting and variance analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Ability to connect operational drivers to financial results.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on financial targets and forecasts.
• Build budgets and rolling forecasts using operational drivers.
• Perform variance analysis for labor, overhead, and materials.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve reporting accuracy and data quality with plant teams.
• Track operational and financial metrics across the facility.
• Prepare reports and present insights to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement in financial processes.

$ 100000 - 110000 annually, depending on experience

In this role, you will partner with plant leadership to improve visibility into performance, strengthen cost control, and support decisions that drive efficiency and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with plant leadership on financial targets and forecasts
• Build budgets and rolling forecasts using operational drivers
• Perform variance analysis for labor, overhead, and materials
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Improve reporting accuracy and data quality with plant teams
• Track operational and financial metrics across the facility
• Prepare reports and present insights to leadership
• Support continuous improvement in financial processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant finance experience
• Manufacturing finance or FP&A experience required

• CPA or CFA certification
• Machine manufacturing experience
• Experience in plant-level finance environments
