Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll and contribution files for accuracy.
• Process 401(k) election updates and new hire submissions.
• Support annual stock offering materials and employee decisions.
• Upload stock transactions into tracking software.
• Record share repurchases and distribution activity.
• Maintain accurate plan records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, legal, and other internal teams.
• Update intranet content with current plan information.

Compensation:

$37- $41 /hour, depending on experience

In this role, you will support 401(k), ESOP, and stock plan administration for a highly collaborative team during a busy seasonal period. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Reconcile payroll and contribution files for accuracy.
• Process 401(k) election updates and new hire submissions.
