Job summary

Paul Davis in Indiana is seeking a Lead Water Technician to lead restoration projects, educate homeowners, and manage on-site operations.

You will perform water extraction, set up drying equipment, determine what can be dried, respond to emergencies, and mentor other technicians; this role requires ASD/WRT IICRC certification, 2–3 years of disaster restoration experience, and a valid Indiana driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Current ASD/WRT IICRC certification is required.
• 2-3 years of disaster restoration experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License; clean DMV record; pass background check.

The position pays overtime

This is a position where you can earn what you want by the end of the year by working emergency jobs on evenings and weekends with the monthly bonus increasing with each job you lead. We provide onsite and in-class PAID training in Water Restoration and IICRC certifications. We recognize hard work and integrity of each employee are strongly promoted from within. We work with you on leadership training and peer coaching to ensure you have the best crew. The position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm with 8-10 days of consistent on-call.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
