Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Lead Water Technician to supervise restoration projects, educate homeowners, and manage on-site tasks such as water extraction and drying setup. The role supports on-site leadership from Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm with an on-call rotation.

Ideal candidates hold ASD/WRT IICRC certification and have 2–3 years of disaster restoration experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Ongoing paid training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• ASD/WRT IICRC certification required.
• 2-3 years disaster restoration experience.
• Valid IN Driver's License and clean DMV.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and pass background check.

The ideal technician

• Ability to lead by example and set the tone
• Current ASD/WRT IICRC certification is required

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Valid IN Driver’s License
• Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

We work with you on leadership training and peer coaching to ensure you have the best crew. The position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm with 8-10 days of consistent on-call.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
