Job summary

Paul Davis in Indiana seeks a Water Crew Leader to lead restoration teams, educate homeowners, and manage field documentation and equipment setup. The role requires IICRC certification and 2–3 years of restoration experience, with strong communication and physical stamina.

On-site work runs Monday–Friday with on-call requirements and opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Pay ranges from $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with overtime and a monthly bonus.

The ideal technician

• Ability to lead by example and set the tone
• Current ASD/WRT IICRC certification is required
• 2-3 years of disaster restoration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Hardworking, reliable, organized
• Ability to work extended/on-call hours
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Valid IN Driver’s License
• Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

We provide onsite and in-class PAID training in Water Restoration and IICRC certifications. We recognize hard work and integrity of each employee are strongly promoted from within. We work with you on leadership training and peer coaching to ensure you have the best crew. The position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm with 8-10 days of consistent on-call.
