Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to respond to property damage emergencies and perform mitigation services. You will work directly with homeowners, business owners, and insurers to minimize damage and restore properties.

This hands‑on role requires physical activity, equipment operation, and a customer‑focused approach to deliver exceptional results and peace of mind to clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with customers and homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation (evenings, weekends, overtime).
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
