Job summary

A property restoration company is looking for a Mitigation Technician to assist in restoring properties after disasters. The role involves performing water mitigation, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 75 LBS, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year and opportunities for training and advancement are provided.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
