Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief in the United States to lead mitigation and restoration projects after disasters. You will oversee water and fire damage work, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with clients and team members on site.

You will manage equipment, drive the crew, and contribute to delivering best-in-class results while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Dedication to customer service.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• High level performance of water mitigation, fire restoration, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Lead and assist other team members as opportunities arise and guide the crew.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
• Dedication to customer service
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
• Desire to continually learn new things
• Previous restoration technician experience required
• IICRC certification(s) preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening is required
