Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Disaster Recovery Technician in restoration. The role responds to emergency property damage, performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation and related services under the Mitigation Manager.

You will help customers with professionalism and safety on job sites. We offer paid IICRC training, on-call bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you gain skills and certifications.

  • Experience in property restoration and emergency response.
  • Commitment to customer service and safety on site.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation and related services under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked truck and proper equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and team leadership as needed.

The Demolition Technician position is a career in property damage restoration industry, primarily responsible for responding to emergency and property damaging situations. Our team addresses the property and the customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism, preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
