Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in the United States seeks a Lead Emergency Services Technician to supervise field crews in water mitigation, mold remediation, and disaster cleanup while actively performing hands-on restoration work.

The role blends leadership with technical execution; you will train technicians, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate on-site operations. IICRC certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; overtime and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and safety mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration teams safely across projects.
• Respond to emergency losses including water, mold, fire, and storm.
• Perform water mitigation and assist with structural drying per IICRC standards.
• Train technicians on containment, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Maintain job documentation, equipment counts, and moisture logs.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, and on-call rotations as needed.
